I'm Caio Miolo, italian-brazilian, leaving in Spain. PhD in Design from the University of Lisbon (2021). I’m a Senior UX Researcher, enthusiastic about the relationship between design, technology, and society. I’m passionate about understanding people and social interactions to develop not only usable but useful solutions. I have vast experience using human-centered design techniques, creating new design tools, and applying social science qualitative methods. I have more than eight years of experience as a UX Researcher, working in design agencies, industries, and NGOs in Latin America and Europe. In the last four years, as part of my Ph.D. in Design, I have been working with applied qualitative research for social innovation in collaboration with both industry and governmental agencies.
